Cancellation Policy

Pricing includes a credit/debit card transaction fee of 3.2%. We understand plans change and emergencies pop up, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Payments rendered for booked services are non-refundable if canceled within the 24 hour window of your appointment. Your nonrefundable payment will apply toward a rescheduled appointment up to one year from date of cancellation. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
